Fragments of forgotten dreams
Lost in fallen understandings.
Apathy for all that was meant
which now is almost opposite of being
Striving to be close to perfection
Letting go of all conviction
Allowing to flow to take control
enjoyment in slowly letting go
A new found numbness
Continually drowning and never quenching the first
Forgetting all my worth
Losing my goal
Apparent joy taking hold
finding my morals almost sold,
relishing in lies of ol
Avoiding pain??
By playing a new role in a same but different game
once in a way ok
But this is not the way
Conclusion to replay
in a thoughtful, hopeful and self respecting way.
