Lonely Traveller

By Keerthi

There I see a traveler,
with strands of wet muddy hair and a face all,
growing bad with loneliness.

Through the woods,
mimicking the birds,
with a melody of rain.

There he goes exhausted and  given a slight moan,
his little family ruined,
and nothing left of what he had dreamt.

Doomed to death,
lying there fully down,
it showed to an uncertain cruel, old conceited death.

There I see a traveler dying alone,
                                                      a lonely traveler
                                                       miles away and
                                                          milestogo......!!
