I went AWOL on my true love
Lost in the time lines of forgotten memories
Of the first time we met
And the first time we kissed
I went absent on the only one that truly matter
The one who took my pain and made it shatter
I lost sight of my only true brave knight
Who rescued me from the lonely towers of despair
He carried me down and from that moment on
I swore not to love anyone else
For him I truly cared
And that’s when it hit me
I’m just on my last life line
It’s only once you get to find true love
Just realizing my mistakes
I only hope it’s not too late
I’m returning to true love’s dwelling place
Where the memories of our love affairs still lingers afresh
