Spend a year,
Living out of a cardboard box.
Washing yourself in your own spit,
Not purchasing a single piece of single use plastic.
Because you’re helping,
Because you’ve done your part,
And you are oh, so important!
A year of your life,
And its impact.
Take that impact, and switch it.
Turn your good life to one bad choice.
An A-listers 17 minute private jet trip,
Has erased,
Your whole year’s worth of work.
You’re too fucked to admit it was for nothing,
So kill yourself instead.
We’re in way over our heads,
But they don’t want to call it drowning.
They’d rather sit there and say
“Ah well, c’est la vie!’
That’s fucking life.
