Journey

I embarked upon this journey,
Blissfully unaware of this moment
My struggles leading me ever closer
To the place where
 
All roads meet
Upon diverged ground
In-between aged woods
A crossroads
Illuminated by dawn light
 
Raw emotions now resurface,
Drowning my pain
I open my eyes
A cool breeze grazes my face
And sifts through my hair
 
I stood and stared into nothing
And truly felt at home.
Reflected was my life
And in this moment I see
My true meaning
 
Ecstacy,
Pure bliss pumping
through my veins
I realize that
I am but one grain of sand
In and endless desert,
And that is just fine.
