Does Donald Trump love his children?
He has five of them
with three different women
which is more than any man I know
on both fronts.
The good things in their lives
all derive from having his genetic code
coursing through their bodies.
A man’s children are his legacy
his contribution to humanity
the evidence that he ever walked this earth.
They should be loved and supported
but it doesn’t always happen this way.
Trump’s children have led lives
filled with comfort and privilege
and only they can answer this question.
Yet the conclusions I have drawn
aren’t very favorable to him.
An odd thing to write about on Father's Day, but here we are.
