Rapture
Lurid music
dripping about
starts softly
then crescendos
into something
quite grand.
It’s trying to speak
to me,
I can’t understand.
It’s like radiowaves
and battered garbage lids
but it’s communicating
to me
nonetheless.
Oh, ok.
I see now.
It’s time for me to go.
Thought I had more time,
but so does everybody
I used to know.

I once felt the sensation to Rapture, hence this poem. It was fun to feel like I was being Raptured
