Fire flies

Life is out there so why don’t you roam,
So afraid to leave the nest, yet feel confined by your home.
Close your eyes and envision a vortex like an upside down pyramid,
With a format of numbers, colors, and an energy grid.
We were a big mass of light before we choose to split apart,
We spend our whole physical existence learning to get back where we had start.
Time is an illusion and Ol how we all love a good magic trick,
The more knowledge you gain the faster your flick
We are linked by a source at one end and a mind at the other,
Have you experienced this before in a state of meditation I wonder?
Most have or they will before that day will come,
That’s what we do in this journey until we return as one.
So ride the wind there is nothing special to do you see,
Not so fast though my friend for the breeze will set you free.
Flash your light in the dark, love freely, and be wise,
Because the greatest of all stars started out as fire flies.
