A poem dedicated to My children
Dear Children
Dear children of mine, when i first saw you i wept
having you in my life, is something i.ll never regret
...As your mom i am not perfect, but i promise i will try
to protect u and love u till the day i die
As young as you are, you have taught me so much
like how to sooth pain and sadness, with just a gentle touch
The three of you are unique in your own way
and through you, the world will remember me one day
No matter what life brings your way, i will always be here
To celebrate your victories and help you conquer your fears
There will be times when we will disagree, and drive each other mad
My intention My child is not to hurt you, i hope you understand
I am greatful for each day we have, each smile that comes from your face
Coming home to your hugs and kisses, are memories even time could not erase.
We might not have much but we will always have each other

I felt inspired to write this peom in light of all the cruelty in this world. Every day there are innocent children that go through so much torture and pain so by writing this i made an oath to my children that i will try to be the best parent i could be for them.
