Deception
Like a mirror, the glass stands there
making judgement everywhere
It may bring you satisfaction
But most feel disappointment
It stands there
reflective and tall
waiting for its next victim
It lures you in
trying to cause you despair
But you can not give in
for it is only the outside that is clear
the inside it does not show
for it is full of secrets
When we give in
to its false pretenses
our mirror shatters
brining nothing but broken pieces
of a broken spirt.
