Betrayal at the Seams.

There’s hurt and betrayal stitched into the fabric of my clothes.
Coursed and surging within the beating tempo of my bloody stone.

Sunrise times eternal, sunset by infinity;
I long for the day where I smile on my own,
to admit that happiness is finally inside of me.

Once there’s a taste of such feeling,
it’s ripped out and thrown into the reasons of why I shouldn’t.
Be my place of refuge; the place where anguish has no longer a definition.
