Loving should be easy
Without warning, you threw yourself into my world,
I was hesitant at first, kept thinking how it would work.
Over time, my world became yours,
And we were on the same course.
You told me your story and I told you mine,
It got deeper and deeper as we spoke over time.
We talked of our future, our future together,
And for the first time, I thought I’d found my forever.
A long time passed, and we were happy as could be,
Until one day you turned and became distant to me.
I’d cross an ocean to make things right,
And it was good up until one strange night.
You gave me an ultimatum,
Then left with no explanation.
Now you want me back after how you’ve played me?
But what makes you think it’s gonna be that easy?
